Make it safe to try things.
A team that's afraid of mistakes stops trying things. In these sessions we retrain that together, out loud, and everyone leaves knowing the framework by heart.
Half-day and full-day formats · worked on your team's real setback, not a hypothetical.
- Format
- Half-day or full-day group session
- Where
- Phoenix area in person, on-site travel, or remote
- Material
- Your team's own recent setback
- Take-home
- The Cycle of Learning, practiced. A routine the team runs without me
What happens in the room?
We start with the word “failure” and take it apart. Then the team works the Cycle of Learning on a real, recent setback. What actually went wrong? What was in our control? What does the next attempt need? By the end, the team has run its own review the way I run one after a hard class.
You don't have to be good to start. However, in order to get good, you need to start somewhere. The workshop is that starting point, and the whole team takes it together.
What your team takes home
- A shared vocabulary: perseverance, resilience, and grit instead of “we failed”
- The Cycle of Learning, practiced on your team's own situation
- A routine for any setback that the team can run without me
Other ways to work together
If it's one leader hitting the same wall, coaching is the better fit. If you have a bigger room and just one afternoon, that's where the keynote comes in. And if you want the change to keep building month after month, take a look at the ongoing partnership.
Next step
Tell me about the wall you or your team keeps running into.
Every way of working together starts with one honest conversation. And if you don't need me, I'll say so.
