Tired of hitting the same wall?
One-on-one coaching for leaders who are tired of hitting the same wall. We meet regularly, we work on what's actually in front of you, and together we build the way you'll respond the next time something breaks.
The first conversation is free. If I'm not the answer, I'll say so.

Who is this for?
Leaders at any level who keep running into a wall: a stalled goal, a team that's playing it safe, a confidence dip after a rough season. You don't need a title to lead. Everyone is leading somebody.
It's especially for people who have started calling themselves a failure. That word is doing more damage than the setback itself ever did. So the first thing we do together is get rid of it.
How does it work?
Every engagement runs on the Cycle of Learning, the same five-step loop I've used with students for fifteen years. We face the challenge, break down what went wrong, separate what you control from what you don't, equip you with the skills or people the next attempt needs, and then you try again. Run it enough times and it becomes a reflex.
I'm going to give you homework, and I'm always going to be honest with you. I'll be in your corner the whole time, and I hold a high standard the way a good instructor does: strict, but never demeaning.
What changes?
The goal is for you to be able to say one sentence and mean it: “When things get hard, I don't quit anymore.” By the end, you'll have a system you can run on any setback, and your team will start picking up the language too. Most importantly, you'll be someone people want to follow when things get hard.
Other ways to work together
If it's your whole team playing it safe, look at a workshop. If you want the idea planted in one afternoon for the whole room, that's the keynote. And if you want me around for the long haul, that's what the partnership is for.
Next step
Tell me about the wall you or your team keeps running into.
Every way of working together starts with one honest conversation. And if you don't need me, I'll say so.
