Four ways to work together
Everything here builds the same three skills: perseverance, resilience, and grit. The only real question is who is in the room with me. It might be one leader, a whole team, a big audience, or a company that trains with me all year.
Leadership coaching
Ongoing one-on-one sessions, in person around Phoenix or remote anywhere. It starts with a conversation, and by the end you'll have a system you can run on your own.
About coaching →Team workshops
Half-day and full-day formats, worked on a real recent setback. Phoenix area in person, on-site travel, or remote for distributed teams.
About workshops →Keynote speaking
The signature talk, shaped to your audience, from leadership offsites to graduation stages. Booked by date; travels anywhere.
About speaking →Training partnership
Monthly training for your team, and training for your new managers whenever you hire or promote. I become your company's trainer, and I stick around.
About the partnership →Not sure which fits?
Here's a rough guide. If one person keeps hitting the same wall, I'd look at coaching. If a whole team has gone cautious, a workshop is the better fit. If you want the idea planted in one afternoon, for the whole room, that would be the keynote. And if you want training to become part of how your company runs, that's what the partnership is for. Still not sure? That's what the first conversation is for.
Next step
Tell me about the wall you or your team keeps running into.
Every way of working together starts with one honest conversation. And if you don't need me, I'll say so.
